Szafa metalowa Konsmetal MS1/A 100-K z dodatkowymi uchwytami do plombowania musi być nowa, nieużywana, objęta 24 miesięczną gwarancją. Nie dopuszczamy możliwości składania ofert na zamienniki.
Nie dopuszczamy składania ofert na sprzęt używany :
- ceny wskazane w ofercie winny być cenami netto,
- ważność oferty - minimum 14 dni,
- termin realizacji: dostawa do 7 dni od daty złożenia zamówienia,
- oferowany sprzęt musi być fabrycznie nowy,
- dostawa towaru odbędzie się na adres w Poznaniu, koszt dostawy musi być wliczony w cenę netto,
- za wady powstałe podczas transportu odpowiedzialność spoczywa na Dostawcy.
MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. oświadcza, że posiada status dużego przedsiębiorcy w rozumieniu art. 4c ustawy z dnia 8 marca 2013 roku o przeciwdziałaniu nadmiernym opóźnieniom w transakcjach handlowych.
